A: Rental rates are determined by length of time you use the
facility, number of people using the facility and
intended use
of the facility.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: Deposit required depends on size of gathering and on alcohol use. Contact the Director of the Homer Cole Community Center for details.
Q: What does it take to get the deposit
back?
A: To have your deposit returned the following conditions need to be
met:
- Leave the facility in the same clean condition in which you found it.
- Have no breaches of the contract which includes, but is not limited to, having had no glass containers, decorating within the constraints given, no damages and placing trash in the proper trash receptacle.
